Due to my starting this blog well into the process of establishing my products and company there are a lot of things that I have not covered and I have jumped many steps with regards to documenting my startup. How ever there is one resounding issue that has held me in perpetual frustration when ever I think about it or I am asked about it. This issue is the ever elusive name that I will commit to and carry while representing myself, my company, and my product. My time budget is getting rather tight now with the manufacture and web designer waiting for my next move and so I need to incorporate ASAP. My lack of a creative spark in the naming department cannot hold me from incorporating anymore.
One of the hardest things for me is original creativity, and in this case I have not proven any differently. I would have to say that in the last 6 month since I have started working on bringing all the pieces together, a name has been the only real issue that I have struggled with. I am continually second guessing ones that I have have picked and those that have come from external sources. I must say that I am very disappointed that there has not been a “eureka” moment for me thus far. Because I am branding all my products with this name there is no turning back once I have committed myself. I have accumulated a list of about 50 names over the last 6 months that have not been complete ‘rubbish’ and now I must put them to the test. I have narrowed the list to one with 21 names and I am going to start polling people to find out which 5 they like in order of preference. I am going to weight the results of the top five assigning 5 point to the top and 1 to the fifth and thus hopefully I’ll get a clear impression of peoples likes and dislikes.

This is my first post on my new blog. I would just like to thank everyone who visits my blog. I welcome everyone to post comments, compliments, and critique regarding any of my posts or ideas. Without criticism a person does not develop mentally and it is in my opinion that to remain competitive we as human beings need constant constructive criticism. Think of this blog as a place where you are free to grab the floor as well as an open forum to discuss about any of the subjects that I post about. I plan to use this blog to document my experiences in relation to my startup company and document all the steps I go through from this point on. I will document through trial and error what steps are necessary in order to build a successful business which you can hopefully learn from. Think of the information in this blog as tried and tested. All the results that are derived from the various experiences with my sales and marketing (s&m) experiments will be posted here. Also if you are a budding or established entrepreneur and you would like to test out various s&m theories and ideas feel free to approach me. I’ll help you get the answers to your questions through empirical mean via my company. I will also be using this blog to post about some of my personal observations about life so that you may get insight into my character. I believe that this is important because you will not only be able to tell what kind of person I am, but you will be able to see if and how my character plays a role in my business endeavors. I will post daily (or at least try to) to keep you updated on my progress on a day to day basis. One more thing. I am welcoming anyone to become a publisher on this blog whose ideas are congruent with entrepreneur ship, sales, marketing, logistics, import & export, accounting and finance. Want to find people who are in a position to test out the various theories discussed in this blog or who would like to work with me in order to see results to our questions. This is everyones blog and not just my own, so welcome to our blog!
